The movement for people who believe that we’re all human. Even at work.
People are not resources.
People are people. Not resources. Nor headcount, FTEs, or lines on a spreadsheet. The language your workplace uses to describe people matters. Because it’s never just words.
We believe people are human beings, with lives outside of work. They deserve to be treated with dignity, understanding and respect, because it makes all the difference. This is a movement to make compassionate leadership the default, not the exception.

Where we stand
It's not anti-business. It's pro-human.
Calling people “resources” is a small linguistic habit with a big downstream effect: it quietly gives everyone permission to treat humans like inventory. We think you can run a serious, successful organisation without doing that. Here’s how we go about making the case.
Right, and it works
Dignity and common humanity aren’t up for debate — and compassionate leadership also produces better work and deeper loyalty. So this can’t be dismissed as soft, and it isn’t just productivity advice in nicer clothes.
Provocation, not preaching
We use wit as the crowbar — the klaxon, the fake training, the gentle mockery. But we aim at the language and the systems that normalise it, never at a named person. Anyone can join a movement. Nobody wants to join a pile-on.
Always constructive
Every joke sits next to something genuinely useful — a real reframe, a real idea you can use on Monday. We’re building an alternative, not just sneering from the sidelines.
Ready to stop being a resource?
It takes one click, costs nothing, and quietly changes the way you talk about the people around you.
